Your privacy is important to us. It is our policy to respect your privacy and comply with any applicable law and regulation regarding any personal information we may collect about you, including across our website, namecera.com.
Personal information is any information about you which can be used to identify you. This includes information about you as a person (such as your name and email address), your devices, and information about how you use a website.
Our site links to other websites, including the domain companies where you pay for a domain. Those websites have their own privacy policies. This Privacy Policy does not apply to anything you do after you leave our site.
This policy is effective as of 25 April 2026.

In short: Namecera (namecera.com) is a website where we sell domain names that we own. It is run by Pixelca Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13780748), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at [email protected].
No accounts. You do not need to sign up to browse or buy. We have no newsletter and we do not send marketing emails or text messages.
Offer and checkout forms. When you make an offer or ask for a checkout link, we ask for your name, your email address and, if you want to add one, a message (for example the price you offer). We use these only to reply to you and to agree the sale. Your request is stored on our website and sent to us by email.
WhatsApp, Telegram and email. If you contact us this way, we see the details you share there (such as your name, phone number or username) and use them only to reply to you.
We never take your payment. You pay a domain company, not us: Spaceship (including SafePay), Dynadot, GoDaddy or Atom (AtomPay). They collect your payment and billing details under their own privacy policies. We do not see or store your card or bank details. When a sale goes ahead, that company tells us the details needed to complete the transfer.
Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending them.
Visitor counts. We use Rybbit to count visits and see which pages are used. Rybbit does not use cookies and does not store anything on your device. It records the page address, the site that sent you, links you click to other websites, your browser, your type of device and your approximate location (country and region). Your IP address is used only to work out that location and to make a scrambled code that tells repeat visits apart; Rybbit does not store the IP address itself.
No tracking cookies. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookies on our site are the ones it needs to work safely. If we ever add optional cookies, we will ask for your consent first with a cookie banner.
We do not show ads and we do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect falls into one of two categories: “voluntarily provided” information and “automatically collected” information.
“Voluntarily provided” information refers to any information you knowingly and actively provide us, for example when you send an offer or a checkout request, or when you contact us.
“Automatically collected” information refers to any information automatically sent by your devices when you visit our website.
When you visit our website, our servers may automatically log the standard data provided by your web browser. It may include your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, and other details about your visit. Our security tools also use this data to block attacks on the site.

Although we will do our best to protect the personal information you provide to us, we advise that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure and no one can guarantee absolute data security.
We keep your personal information only for as long as we need to. For example, if you send us an offer, we keep it while we discuss the sale with you and afterwards for our own records, so we can deal with any later questions about that domain. If your personal information is no longer required, we will delete it or make it anonymous by removing all details that identify you.
However, if necessary, we may retain your personal information for our compliance with a legal, accounting, or reporting obligation, for example records of a completed sale.
Namecera is for adults buying domain names for themselves or for a business. It is not made for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we or our assets are acquired, or in the unlikely event that we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, we would include data, including your personal information, among the assets transferred to any parties who acquire us. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any parties who acquire us may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, continue to use your personal information according to this policy.
